Ingredients
- 1/2 red dragon fruit/pitaya, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh aloe vera, gel only
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water or swap with filtered water
- Icecubes (optional)
Toppings: goji berries, unsweetened coconut flakes and hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the aloe vera, by removing the thick peel and only scoop out the translucent gel inside.
